A PORTRAIT | OF A VIOLINIST

Christmas at Old Fort Concho | 2014

Every year San Angelo opens the doors to historic Fort Concho for an event called 'Chritmas at Old Fort Concho'. With many vendors selling unique handmade pieces to antiques to cultural items such as bows and arrows, frog purses or period clothing it's almost guarenteed you'll be sure to find a treasure or two while you're here. They have the firing of canons on the hour, every hour, crafts for kids & bands dressed in period clothing to really set the atmosphere. This gentlemen, pictured above, was part of a larger ensemble that included a marionette & members who even stopped to tell some jokes in-between playing. The kids really got a kick out of it.
This last photo was taken with my iPhone 5c.
